E-NDMS Move Taking Place This Weekend

I am assuming traffic on E-NDMS will be low over Thanksgiving so I'm going to take the opportunity to complete the move to the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud. Availability from tonight through Sunday night will be limited. We plan to be back online Monday morning.
