An E-NDMS Blog

Quite some time ago, I had one of our programmers add the bright, red system administration messages you sometimes see at the top of the BETA site pages because I felt I was blindsiding users when we had to perform unscheduled maintenance. The problem I've had with it is it doesn't preserve any history and fails to provide any sort of two-way interaction. The purpose of this blog is to keep you informed about outages, system administration events, and general E-NDMS development while at the same time providing a forum for direct feedback. As you'll notice, all posts have a place for comments. If you have a support issue, please continue to use the support address, but if you want to discuss the content of a post, feel free to comment here.

Comments:

I cannot find a way to print out a list of the employers or anything to do with the employers. I think it would be nice to be able to update my list and then make the changes electronically.

Employer reports/downloads are at the top of our list of features to add in the coming year. We'll post to the blog as soon as they are available.

As a new JAG Specialist, I have been instructed to complete the Tutorial section of the e-NDMS. But I am not able to complete the tutorial assignment that requires me to practice the Messaging system. I cannot access/complete as instructed, via clicking the Messaging button on the home page. Please advise.

I have been having problems entering employers into the system. I get the same message, error in validating address. Try your query again later. I even entered an employer manually that was already in the system and got the same message. I have called the employers and I know the addresses are correct.
