E-NDMS Database Server Down
Update: E-NDMS is working normally now. This is the first significant failure we've experienced using Amazon's Cloud Computing services, and I will follow up with them this week to determine the cause of the outage.
The E-NDMS database server went down sometime yesterday. So far, attempts to revive it have failed so I am now building a new server from backups. I will post an update when the system is available again.

Performance Issues
After a couple of support issues regarding report performance, I discovered that the scripts responsible for generating Management Reports were not running to completion each night like they have in the past. We will work to restore daily report generation, but for the time being, Management Report data will only be generated once a week on Friday. This means you should only expect to see new data each Monday.[Read More]
