J&J Computer Consulting was formed in 1994 by Jim Dugger and Jason Koeninger primarily as a consulting and custom software development firm. During that first year, the company provided development services for Corporate Education Resources, Inc., Jobs for America's Graduates, Health Occupation Students of America, and Teubner and Associates. JJCC also released a commercial software product, the J&J Utilities for OS/2.
By 1995, J&J Computer Consulting (JJCC) had merged with and become a subsidiary of Corporate Education Resources, Inc., one of JJCC's primary clients during its first two years of operation. Custom software development and consulting work for CERI and its clients has continued since that time.
JJCC currently maintains offices near Dallas, Texas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
